FasTrax and FasTrax TC are services designed to assist Agents with the time-consuming task of obtaining releases, discharges, corrective documents, and missing assignments for liens they are currently paying off or liens previously paid off yet still outstanding on title. These easy-to-use services reduce overhead expense and free up resources to focus on critical revenue generating activities.

FasTrax Product Features:

• FasTrax will manage the complete title clearing process for liens currently being paid off. This includes follow-up with the paid-off lien holder, obtaining the document, confirming that the document is accurate, and recording it on the appropriate land records.
• Service is available on all liens attached to real property that the Agent is paying off.
• Agents will have 24/7 Internet access to status reports and images of the recorded documents.

FasTrax TC Product Features:

• FasTrax TC will track and obtain the appropriate document to clear title of previously paid off liens that are still outstanding on title or may have been ineffectively discharged or released.
• Order placement can be done online or by fax with as little information as a title report showing the outstanding lien.
• There are no upfront fees for this service; you are only billed when the document has been successfully obtained.
